What is Callback Scheduling

Callback scheduling is a feature that allows to set up the timer for a callback ordered by a customer.

This feature is extremely useful for dealing with long call queues and long wait times, as customer can order a callback with a precise schedule, so the client himself chooses the time when the callback will happen to make it the most comfortable. Thus, customers who can’t wait in the queue won’t be frustrated and you won’t get any huge increase in customer churn.
