What is Customer Experience

Customer experience is the user’s experience of interacting with a brand at all stages of the customers’ journey. This includes all aspects of a customer’s interaction with a business, including contact with products, customer service, communication, and other factors.

CX (Customer Expirience) is also a kind of indicator that helps companies improve customer satisfaction and business competitiveness. It is an important indicator because satisfied customers are more likely to remain loyal to the brand, recommend it, and come back for more purchases.
