Customer loyalty is a customer service concepts that refers to the level of emotional connection between customer and a brand that makes customer come back for extra purchases and retain relationships with the brand for long terms.

Customer loyalty is the last stage of customer journey, as brand advocacy stage is synonymous with customer loyalty. Loyal customers are about to purchase again from your brand without even looking for offers from competitors as they trust in you as their only and best choice. Additionally, loyal customers often advocate brand in front of their friends.
