What is Lost Calls

Lost calls are calls that are lost in a call center before agent could have answered them due to any reason.

Following the definition of lost calls we have provided above, lost calls are all calls that have been abandoned by the customer before agent connected to them – this covers abandoned calls that are inbound calls lost due to long wait times, and dropped calls – outbound calls lost due to delay in the system, and also other calls that were lost.
