What is Call Blending

Call blending is a form of servicing calls in a call center where different groups of agents can separately service both inbound and outbound calls and also switch from servicing inbound calls to outbound and vice versa.

Call blending refers us to technology that allows to integrate capabilities and features of outbound call center solutions with inbound call centers, which means it allows to build the most advanced call center software that can handle bpth types of calls simultaneously – blended call center software.
