What is Call Conferencing

Call conferencing is a call center software feature that allows participants of the call to enter the conference (group call) by using unique access number.

Call conferencing is a new communicatio channel used by call centers to organize group calls with numerous participants, and as it doesn’t regulate the type of communication that is used, in most cases call conferencing can work as voice call or video call.
