What is Collaboration Tools

Collaboration tools are non-digital and digital tools to improve the collavoration efficiency within the team, set tasks and track their processing. Most popular collaboration tools include Trello, Asana, and so on.

Collaboration tools, even though it is a broad term, exist for hundreds of years. Even a simple sheet of paper can be a collaboration tool if used properly, but in most cases, today this term is used to describe the digital collaboration tools with advanced functionality. Collaboration tools are extremely important to implement time management practices and some wokforce management strategies, like SCRUM.
