Employee coaching tools may exist in different forms, including specific multifunctional platforms, educational applications, collaboration platforms, video meetings, webinars, lectures, group work between agents, one-to-one meetings with managers, questionnaires, quality assurance scorecards, and so on. The only thing that is required – such tools have to help agents improve their skills and knowledge about the product and main aspects of their work.
